Cancellation policy

Every Keel order on this store is a one-time purchase. Nothing renews and you are never charged again unless you choose a monthly plan after your purchase.

• Before it ships: email support@trykeel.co with your order number and we cancel the order and refund it in full, to your original payment method, within 5 business days.
• After it ships: the order can no longer be cancelled, but the 180-day guarantee in our refund policy still applies: take one softgel a day next to your statin, and if you are not better off, email us within 180 days of delivery for a full refund, with nothing to send back.
• A monthly plan: if you join the monthly plan after your purchase, you can cancel it at any time by emailing us before your next bottle ships; there is no minimum term.
• Changing an order: to change the address or the pack before it ships, email us as soon as you can and we will update it.
